I love Skitch. I've been using it instead of OS X's built-in screenshot hot keys.

I also work at home like the guys at Plasq. Most of the people at my company (Absolute Software) are based in Vancouver, but we have a lot of people telecommuting . Our CTO is in Minnesota and we have sales people in various locations.

I use Outlook & Visual Studio Team Server connected to the office network via VPN, running in Windows XP under VMware on my Mac.
