T-Mobile in Germany is selling unlocked iPhones! The Price: 999 euro (US $1,477)

Apple sent out promotional emails confirming their plans for a Black Friday sale on November 23.

After analyzing October sales data from market research firm NPD, investment bank Piper Jaffray said Wednesday it expects Apple will sell a record 25 million iPods during the three-month period ending December.


Apple on Wednesday called a truce in the feud between itself and Burst.com by agreeing to pay a $10 million lump sum in exchange for protection from current and future lawsuits.
